The best-laid plans often change when reality sets in. My original dream was to have my co-living space for solo seniors up and running in just two months. Fourteen months later, I’m almost finished with the first phase of the project, but I’ve had to make a significant change to my strategy.

I’ve run out of money, which means I’m pivoting from the original plan of a long-term co-living space to a more traditional short-term rental model. This will allow me to generate the funds needed to complete the project and get back on track.

I’ have just completed my new booking website under the name Golden Mermaid Villa. This is a necessary detour, but the dream is still very much alive. I look forward to welcoming guests and continuing the journey to bring my vision to life.
